Q: How can I sell my home?

A: Villa’s “Own a Villa Today” program is designed just for you to help walk you through everything you need to know to sell your home and buy your new Villa. We even have several helpful links on our website with information on staging, setting your price, financing your new home and rightsizing for your new life.

Q: Speaking of, where will I put all of our stuff?

A: We call it rightsizing for a reason. Our Villa owners will be the first to admit there is ample storage space in their new homes but more importantly, it’s about getting your belongings down to those items that are “just right” leaving only things that will result in fun and enjoyment. For instance, at Villa, we do your lawn maintenance, so that mower, edger, blower and all the other yard tools can go to a new home (and not take up space at yours!).

Q: If I’m going to move, I’m going to get the features I want, do you have that?

A: Absolutely! From hardwood floors to designer ceramic tile, cathedral windows, granite countertops and much, much more, we know what it takes to make our residents extremely happy. Better yet, while most developers consider that an upgrade, we include those incredible features as part of your new Villa.

Q: What about family reunions and holiday get-togethers, is there room?

A: You’ll have plenty of room in your own Villa but you’ll also have access to the on-site Clubhouse, perfect for parties and reunions, it’s like an extension of your own living room.

Q: Now about that yard work – you mean I won’t have to do any of it?

A: Not one thing! We take care of all of the exterior and yard maintenance of your home so you can be free to enjoy the liberation of retirement doing exactly what you want to do. Now if you were born with a green thumb, then your beautiful veranda can serve as the perfect greenhouse for you to grow your hobby (not your list of chores!).
